Design Your
Future.
The world’s happiest country is looking for the world’s best founders. No Investment Required. Just Innovation.
Think like the
Business Authority.
Official Gatekeeper
Danish Business Authority
"We reject generic ideas. We fund outliers."
Novelty & Innovation
Denmark is small. They don't need another marketing agency or coffee shop. Your product must introduce a new technology or business model to the Scandinavian market.
Ashavid Strategy
We re-frame your "Service" as a "Platform" to pass the innovation check.
Global Scalability
Can this grow 10x? The Danish market is too small to be your only target. They want startups that use Denmark as a launchpad for the world.
Ashavid Strategy
We design your "Export Plan" to Germany & Sweden to prove TAM (Total Addressable Market).
Execution Power
Ideas are cheap. Can YOU build it? The panel scrutinizes your CV. If you are building an AI tool but have no CTO, you will be rejected immediately.
Ashavid Strategy
We optimize your LinkedIn & CV to highlight only the skills relevant to this specific startup.
Pass Rate for Unprepared Applicants: < 25%
The Approval Architecture
A linear, engineering-based approach to the Danish Startup Visa. No shortcuts, just precision.
The Pitch Architecture
We don't just "write" a plan. We engineer a 15-page dossier tailored specifically to the Panel's innovation rubric.
Ashavid Input:
The Panel Review
The Danish Business Authority (experts, not bureaucrats) reviews the scalability. This is the hardest step.
Target Outcome:
SIRI Verification
With the "Positive Evaluation", we file for residency with SIRI. They check security, biometrics, and proof of funds.
Final Deliverable:
Zero Investment.
100% Ownership.
Denmark trades equity for stability. Unlike other programs where you "pay" for a visa, here you must simply prove Liquidity.
"The government doesn't want your money. They want to ensure you won't become a burden on their social welfare system while you build."
0% Equity Given Away
You keep full control of your cap table.
No Blocked Accounts
Money stays in your personal bank account.

The Nordic Upgrade.
Frictionless Business
Europe's easiest place to do business. Register a company in hours. 100% digital bureaucracy. Zero fax machines.
You Already Speak Danish.
(Kind of). Danes are the best non-native English speakers in the world. You can live, work, negotiate deals, and file taxes entirely in English.
86%
English Fluency
Schengen Access
Your residence permit gives you visa-free travel to 27 EU countries. Live in Copenhagen, sell to Berlin and Paris.
Family Security
Free world-class healthcare. Free university education. Spouse gets full work rights immediately.
Not just a PDF.
A Legal Argument.
The "Business Plan" you submit to the panel is not a marketing deck. It is a technical document that must answer 3 specific questions without fluff.
The "Novelty" Argument
We prove mathematically why your solution doesn't exist in Scandinavia yet.
The "Growth" Logic
We show a clear path to exporting your product to Germany and Sweden within 24 months.
The "Capability" Proof
We restructure your CV to highlight only the skills that de-risk the project.
Questions We Get Often
Are taxes in Denmark really 50%?
Yes, personal income tax is high (~45-52%). However, Corporate Tax is competitive (22%). You get free healthcare, free university for kids, and no 'hidden costs' like insurance premiums. Think of it as an all-inclusive membership to a high-functioning society.
Do I need to speak Danish?
No. English is the unofficial second language of business. You can live, work, and operate your company 100% in English. The government even offers free Danish lessons if you want to learn later.
Can I bring my family immediately?
Yes. Your spouse and children (under 18) can apply for accompanying visas. Your spouse gets full rights to work for any company in Denmark upon arrival.
What if my business fails?
The visa is valid for 2 years. If your business fails, you can usually stay until the visa expires, or apply for a different job/visa type. Failure is not punished.
How long does the process take?
Business Plan Panel Review: 6-8 weeks. Visa Processing (SIRI): 1-3 months. Total realistic timeline: 4-6 months from start to landing.
Denmark Readiness Session
A 75-minute deep dive. We stress-test your business model against the Panel's "Innovation & Scalability" rubric before you apply.
